Cherish Me Ragdolls

Being owned by a RAGDOLL is the ULTIMATE joy!

They adapt well to almost all situations, getting along with everyone including other pets you may already have. When looking to purchase a Ragdoll it is of the utmost importance that you plan on keeping your new baby as an 'inside only' pet.

 ~ LATEST UPDATE ~

Our house is a buzz, new kittens have finally arrived

(new photos uploaded every weekend)

Please view our Photo Gallery for photos of our cats and also photos of previous kittens we have had the priviledge  of raising here at CherishMe Ragdolls

Litter 1 - DOB 2/11/09

This litter are doing extremely well.  They are putting on good weight and responding well to feeding and handling. Eyes are now open and they are soooooo cute.

CherishMe Cherry Blossom Female choc point - Retained

Cherry's eyes are fully open and she is getting around quite a bit now.  Loves to sit and watch the birds out the window already, she is just a gem. Blossom is 3 weeks old on Monday and now 365g.

CherishMe Sophie Female choc point - SOLD to Jan

Sophie's eyes are now fully open.  She is the first out of the kitten box in the morning.  Even pushing past her mum to come out and say good morning.  She is the smaller of the 2 girls but so sweet. Sophie is 3 weeks old on Monday and now 315g.

The names we give our kittens are purely so we have something to call them by.  If you wish your chosen name going on their registered pedigree please ask and I will have their "forever" name put on their pedigree certificate.

Litter 2 - DOB 5/11/09

This litter of 5 were born in the early hours of the morning.  Mum and bubs are all doing well.

There are 2 seal point & 3 seal bicolour - Now just 3 weeks old.

CherishMe Aero Male seal bicolour - SOLD to Emma & Max (deposit paid)

Aero has really good markings.  Has some minor colour faults but is going to be a handsome boy.  Aero began his journey outside the womb at only 62g.  He is rocketing ahead and putting on as much weight as his big brothers.

CherishMe Malibu Female seal bicolour - Now Available

Mali also has really good markings for a bicolour.  Has some minor colour faults as far as a show cat but would make a beautiful pet.

CherishMe Koko Male seal point - Now Available

Koko has an interesting coat coming through.  He is not showing the light coat as one would expect for a seal point.  I am very excited to see how he and Jax turn out.  I think they are going to have dark coats like my girl Maddie.

CherishMe Jax Male seal point - Now Available

Jax is the second biggest in the litter.  He is a strong boy and will make a stunning addition to his new family.

CherishMe Volt Male seal bicolour - Now Available

Volt is my Mumbo Jumbo.  He is one of the biggest kittens that we have ever had.  If you are after a gentle giant lap cat, he may just be the one.  His dad was over 8kg at 10mths old.  Ragdolls continue to grow and mature until 3 years old.  He has good markings.  His back leg socks are not perfectly even, although his face V is very nice and his front legs are coming through perfectly.

All kittens will also leave here with an Oz Pet kitten sample pack.  It has useful information, why this litter is so much better than others from the supermarket, and also a sample for you to try out at home first.  If you do wish to use Oz pet litter, it is not yet available in all pet shops at this time.  Our closest distributor on the Sunshine Coast is at Morayfield.  I do however keep plenty of stock here if you wish to pick it up when you take your kitten home.

For your convenience and also saving of dollars, I have purchased a number of scratching pole towers in 3 and 4 levels.  These are hand made on the coast and are excellent quality.  Most importantly about half the price of "pet store" scratching poles.

Also available for your convenience and ease, a range of "brand new" travel crates (Airport approved for national & international flights)

We only have a few litters per year. This way we can ensure our own cats are of top health before putting them with our stud and also that each kitten that we bring into the world has the best of everything and that each one is of top health and well socialised before they head to their new homes.

I feel very strongly about euthanasia and the number of cats in pounds, refuges and on the streets.  All of our pet kittens are desexed prior to going home. Please encourage others not to support pet shops who sell entire puppies and kittens to impulse buyers and also to encourage others to keep their cats inside (unless supervised) and to have their pets desexed.

Every week from birth new photos will be uploaded for each kitten.  Please let me know if you are interested in any of these babies.  Kittens requested for breeding programmes are being DNA tested to screen if they are chocolate carriers,

Please note that deposits are taken for kittens once you have selected the colour and pattern you would like to take home. Once they reach 7 weeks of age, you are welcome to come and play with your new baby (this is to allow their immune system to develop).

Let me know if you are interested in any of our babies as someone else may wish to take them home too.

These new additions have passed 2 weeks old now, their growth is amazing, all kittens have eyes open and have begun moving around.
