Cherish Me Ragdolls

Our Queens and their Stud

 "Charlie"

B/B (true seal) Current Queen

HCM - negative

SIRE - Thiefohearts Smoochy Bear (Seal Point)

DAM - Thiefohearts Saphira (Blue Mitted carrying choc)

Charlie is a seal mitted. We love her sooooo much.

Charlie is a very loving young female, although she can be skittish around strangers.  She never leaves your side while you are at home....IN ANY ROOM!    You really need to shut doors sometimes.

Charlie is having a time out from kittens for the time being. We are enjoying having her being our lap cat again.

"Gel"

(blue bicolour) Current Queen

SIRE - GDGC Ragwells Mr Scooter (Seal Bicolour)

DAM - Amendara Hollyhock (Seal Bicolour)

Jelly is a blue bicolour. She has a wonderful nature and great conformation. Thankyou Dee, she is a sweetie.  She is only 4 years old but so very young at heart.  Probably more playful than the kittens at the moment.

Gel has just given birth (5/11/09).  Please check out her kittens on our kittens page.

"Maddie"

(seal mitted) Current Queen

SIRE - Thiefohearts Smoochy Bear (Seal Point)

DAM - Thiefohearts Saphira (Blue Mitted carrying choc)

Our new girl is here.  She is still very shy but is stunning in coat & eye colour.  Keep an eye out for more photos of Maddie.

Maddie is just wonderful. As she has come to us as an adult she was very shy and cautious of us but she has come out of her shell and is a really affectionate girl.

We took Maddie to the Lawnton cat show.  Not a good outcome though.  It was her first outing to a crowded show with lots of noise and this shy girl just didn't like it.

Our next planned litter will be Maddie to Oskar (hopefully with kits due in Dec/Jan)

"Nori"

(BLUE carrying chocolate) Future Queen

HCM - negative  PKD - negative

SIRE - Raggydolls Theodore (Lilac Point)

DAM - Raggeleda Angelica (Seal Point)

Nori has arrived home 7/8/09. Her behaviour is absolutely breathtaking. A real lap cat, and likes to always be involved in household tasks. Such a sweet little purring machine. Keep an eye out for more photos of our new addition from Prue at Ragadale in Tasmania.  Thankyou Prue, she really is lovely.

"Blossom"

"Oskar"

B/b (seal carrying chocolate) OUR Stud

HCM - negative  PKD - TBA

(not impressed that I am holding him up with one arm while trying for his photo with the other)

- and yes, he is very heavy.

DOB: 20 April 2008

SIRE - CH Icedoll Mr Biggs (Seal Bicolour)

DAM - Icedoll Cosmos Downunder (Seal Point)

Oskar is a seal point carrying chocolate, and at just 16 weeks old, weighed 3.1kg. You have to watch him. He likes to eat everyone else's food too.  Check out that fat belly.

He is still very young and has alot more maturing to do.  His colouring will still darken considerably, and his body fill out more.

Our little Ozzie (below) @10 mths old. He had a huge growth spurt over the past couple of months.  He tipped the scales at around 8.2kg.

He has such a soft luxurious coat.  His colouring will continue to darken for the next few years.  Eventually, a seal point will have the dark colouring over their entire head.

Oskar is allowed outside (under constant supervision). If you do want your Ragdoll to go for walks outside, I do recommend a harness.  A lead is also recommended until you trust that your kitten will not run away from you if startled.

Oskar has been to his first few shows.  Check out how he went on our Kitty Show page. Oskar will also be heading to the next couple of QFA shows at Lawton.  Come and say hello if you do come to the show.

With bicolour and mitted queens, Oskar, fingers crossed will make some beautiful big kittens.  Oskar has sired 2 litters with us so far and the kittens have been of high quality with most having gone to show homes.

11/7/09 - We had a lovely play with Oskar and Holly today.  Our new house has a fully fenced back yard and we laughed ourselves silly while Oskar and Holly chased each other around the yard.

Oskar spends alot of time in the garden with me on weekends.  He loves to stick his nose in any task I do.

We are planning on extending his enclosure even further, with other outdoor section.

20/11/09 - We are keeping 2 female kittens that Oskar has just sired.  They are breathtaking.  Perfect markings and lovely gentle natures, also Choc carriers too. Photos of these girls will be added to "Our Radolls" soon.

He is your friend,

You are his life,

He is yours, faithful & true,

To the last beat of his heart,

You owe it to him to be worthy of such devotion.
